Cooking up some knowledge

Regional High School instructors participating in the Career and Technical Education Program attended a weeklong workshop at Central Oregon Community College culinary department.

The workshop included theory and practical application in Baking, Molecular Gastronomy, Garde Manager, Hot Food Production and Dining Room Service.
