Ray Hasart receives the 2010 C. Thomas Olivo Outstanding Service Award

Ray Hasart, HDESD’s Career and Technical Education Coordinator, was presented the 2010 C. Thomas Olivo “Outstanding Service Award.”

This prestigious recognition, National Occupational Competency Testing Institute’s (NOCTI) highest honor, is reserved for those who have demonstrated leadership in occupational competency assessment.
